I find it in all situations & in all ways where my life
takes Me.
Whenever I feel low & not well, I get busy here and
there and surprisingly it works, and after a couple of hours I find myself
"fine, OK".
"And ya,of course, You should try this trick"
My Life is full of Adventures & with all possible Ups
& Downs.
God!!...any way, I love it, and it teaches me a lot lot n
lot.
My Mom says : "Don't depend on any situation but let
the situation depend on You" and its true: whenever You think about the
situations You will never enjoy Your present, so better forget it and just
think MY TIME IS RIGHT NOW!

Yes, you are absolutely spot on! It really does depend on us!!! We are the directors of our own life and not victims. Being in charge means taking the responsibility to create what we want.
